Having Control Around Food

Many people end up in a destructive cycle of trying to control their weight. Strict dietary regimes are rarely the sustainable answer - restriction creates deprivation which triggers binging.

How to break the cycle:

Keep a supportive structure (three meals, three snacks). Balance blood sugar with protein, good fats and slow-release carbs. Permit forbidden foods back in gradually - once genuinely permitted, they lose their magical appeal. Be kind in your thinking and practise self-care.

Don't be afraid to seek support. Hypnotherapy can help you understand why you have a tricky relationship with food and make valuable changes to achieve freedom with food.
