How to Control Overeating

Many people end up in a destructive cycle of trying to control their weight. Strict dietary regimes (counting calories, banning food groups, meal replacement shakes) are rarely the sustainable answer. Research shows that dieters presented with a buffet eat significantly more than non-dieters - restriction creates deprivation, which triggers binging.
How to break the cycle:
Keep a supportive structure (three meals, three snacks) - not a rigid plan. Balance blood sugar by including protein, good fats and slow-release carbohydrates. Permit forbidden foods back in gradually, experiencing them without guilt. Be kind in your thinking - develop micro steps of confidence.

Hypnotherapy can help you understand why you have a tricky relationship with food and make positive changes to achieve freedom with food.
